VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

Welcome to the Bell Partners' Vendor information page and thank you for your interest in becoming a new vendor. At Bell, all vendors are required to comply with our Vendor Management Program (VMP).

VMP is comprised of*:

1. Insurance and business verification through Compliance Depot
2. Electronic invoicing through Yardi Procure 2 Pay – Bell Partners’ third party e-procurement platform.

*Note: There are costs for vendors associated with Compliance Depot that cannot be billed back to the properties.
